Don’t satisfy me but please me.
I like dining-out with my friends. I also love having coffee afterwards. Among all the coffee shops I have been to, Gloria Jeans is the best for me. Of course, that’s just my opinion. I mean, you might not agree because we have different tastes. I like it because it is not so commercialized like Starbucks. I like hot drinks and not the ice-blended or frap ones. My classic order would be mocha latte. My favorite at Gloria Jeans is the Irish and the Macadamian latte drinks. Seattle’s best is too sweet for me. Figaro is next to Gloria Jeans. I likethe coffee there also. Mc Cafe is also not bad. Their coffee concoctions actually taste good. For pictures of my coffee experiences, go to Photographs under What’s in here or type coffee in the search box.
When we were still planning our trip to Sagada, I did some research on where to dine there. In the reviews that I read, they always say that Yoghurt House is a must try place to eat. So we did dine there during our trip. And boy, it was really good! We ate there twice during our stay in Sagada. The yoghurt is sour than the usual packed yoghurt…but the more you eat it, the more you like it. It is quite addicting actually. But one serving is good enough. I had all the toppings in my yoghurt. Yum! But the yoghurt was not my favorite there. My favorite is the eggplant pasta. Love it! I still salivate whenever I think of it. Too bad there is no Yoghurt House here in Manila to satisfy my craving. I also wonder why nobody thought of bringing Yoghurt House here. If I only have the money, I would have asked the owner to give me a franchise of their wonderful resto. Anyway, aside from the eggplant pasta, I also like the pork with julienned bell pepper dish. It’s really good with rice. Aside from the Yoghurt House, we also ate at Masfere’s. We had two breakfasts there. The food was good but not as good as Yoghurt House. We also dined at Alfredo’s Restaurant and St. Joseph’s Restaurant. For pictures, look under Photographs or type Sagada in the search box.
